NZ Pipeline- team building activity NZ

This is a hands-on, fun and fast-moving team building event involving a lot of collaboration, negotiation and competition. This activity will have everyone in your team totally absorbed.

Your team doesn’t need to be engineers or even overly practical – what they will need is to be is effective at planning, communicating, organising and leading.

Each team becomes a region and has an area of the conference room or outdoor area where they must build their section of the Pipeline to transport 'Spherical Metallic Balls' and ‘Coolant’ from Cape Reinga to Bluff.

Teams must consider the height of their ramp, the bends, the speed and how their Pipeline section connects with other groups. Each region is also part of a 5-region consortium so, as the Pipeline weaves its way through the regions, teams must collaborate with other regions whilst, at the same time, compete against them.

The NZ Pipeline activity will be totally tailored to your business/team after consultation with you. This includes branding, how the event is briefed and how it is debriefed.

The competing but connected teams can be likened to departments, branches or work teams
The ‘client’ requesting the pipeline to be built can be likened to external or internal customers
The regions can be likened to a company’s supply chain – from sales through to delivery etc.

This event is suitable for groups of 16-200 people

This is available throughout New Zealand.

Time required is normally 2-2.5 hours.

Price varies depending on variables of event (group size, locations, etc.).
