Client event - fishing with a celebrity - Auckland

Fishing trips have broad appeal and can be provided as a low budget trip in the harbour, as a mid range trip into the outer Gulf or as a full-on event with fishing celebrities along for the day. Whichever type of day you opt for, your clients will be impressed. Fishing provides a great environment to get to know your clients better while sharing some fun and a little competition.

Harbour trips are generally provided on larger boats that travel more slowly and can incorporate a BBQ or picnic hampers. All gear is provided including fishing rods and bait.

Boats take up to 18 people and prices will depend on length of charter, food and gear requirements.

This corporate event is suitable for client groups of up to about 40 people split between boats - more boats can be added depending on numbers.

Fishing trip - Wellington Client Event

Most trips are relaxed but with a focus on getting a good catch. For a more laid back day out we can change our attitude and cruise out, have a cup of tea or a beer catch a few fish or some paua then return at a respectable time. Going ashore somewhere to explore is a possibility.

This client event would suit people who want to have a go at some real Wellington fishing and have a good time. The trips are usually bottom fishing for groper, bluenose, tarakihi, blue cod and during the warmer months the addition of snapper, trevally and kingfish are a possibility from the west coast. Every effort is made to connect you with some good fish. There are many spots on the GPS, giving you access to the wide range of fish species in the Wellington area.

Tarakihi and blue cod can be caught year round and can be a regular catch on most trips. Delicious snapper can be targeted from November to May.

Fish will be filleted so that your clients will not have to cope with this task that may be unfamiliar to some.
